Launch Your Career in Data & AI
A six-month immersive internship that bridges the gap between academia and industry.
Program Overview
The Accentrust Launch Program is our "career lift-off" track for undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent graduates. This program is designed to smooth the transition from classroom to professional environment, giving participants a structured yet hands-on experience in AI-native data infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of an agile team, work with experienced mentors, and build a portfolio of meaningful work that sets you apart in the job market.
Program Design Principles
- ✓Aligned with the ATD Capability Model – covering the three core domains (Impacting Organizational Capability, Building Personal Capability, Developing Professional Capability) as the foundation for growth.
- ✓Grounded in OD Frameworks – integrating Burke-Litwin causal model, McKinsey 7S, and Kotter’s 8-Step Change Process to help participants understand how organizations transform.
- ✓Systematic Learning Design – built on ADDIE and SAM, with activities mapped to Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy.
- ✓Practice & Social Learning Emphasis – inspired by the 70-20-10 reference model: 70% hands-on projects, 20% mentoring & peer feedback, 10% structured courses.
