Accentrust

Grow Deeper. Build with Trust and Intelligence.

A 12-month journey for early-career professionals, mastering AI-native data infrastructure and building trustworthy, scalable intelligence.

Program Overview

The Accentrust Growth Program is a year-long development track for ambitious engineers, data analysts, and technologists looking to build on our AI-native infrastructure stack. You’ll work across Fabric, Guard, Studio, and Signals to develop your expertise in scalable data pipelines, responsible AI, governance, and decision intelligence. By blending technical mastery with ethical design, you’ll help organizations create clarity from complexity—and learn to engineer systems people trust and rely on.

Program Design Principles

  • Aligned with ATD Capability Model – you’ll develop in three domains: Building Professional Capability (deep technical fluency), Building Personal Capability (critical thinking, ethical awareness), and Impacting Organizational Capability (infrastructure-scale solutions).
  • Integrated with OD Perspectives – through stakeholder mapping and system alignment using McKinsey 7S, as well as designing change initiatives guided by Burke-Litwin and Kotter’s 8-step model.
  • Iterative Learning by Design – employing ADDIE and SAM approaches, each module is built with intentional alignment to Gagné’s Nine Events and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy for learning clarity and rigor.
  • Practice-Driven and Social – based on the 70-20-10 model: 70% contribution to real platform engineering and product delivery, 20% mentorship and peer learning, 10% structured masterclasses and technical bootcamps.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

We begin with a baseline diagnostic aligned to the ATD capability framework. Learning progress is tracked using Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Continuous improvement is embedded into the program: after each cohort, we gather feedback from participants, mentors, and product stakeholders to iterate and refine the curriculum, ensuring it evolves as Accentrust technologies and industry standards advance.
