The Accentrust Leadership Program accelerates the development of future team leads, technical managers, and innovators. Participants learn to guide teams, influence stakeholders, and lead transformation initiatives while delivering business-critical outcomes.

  • Leadership Competency Alignment – built on Korn Ferry Leadership Architect behaviors and levels.
  • Organizational Transformation Focus – integrating Burke-Litwin, McKinsey 7S, and Kotter’s 8-Step process.
  • Strategic & Human-Centric Design – ADDIE and SAM combined with coaching models to support behavioral change.
  • Practice-Centered Development – innovation labs and change projects ensure 70% of learning is experiential.
