As an HR Specialist, you will handle the daily rhythms of HR—keeping recruiting pipelines organized, onboarding teammates, maintaining HR systems, and delivering the data leaders need to make people decisions. You will bring empathy, high attention to detail, and process discipline so every employee touchpoint feels intentional.

Vous pourriez exceller dans ce poste si vous avez

• •3–5 years of progressive HR experience supporting Canadian teams
• •Solid understanding of HR operations: recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and policy administration
• •Ability to analyze HR data, build simple dashboards, and surface insights for leadership
• •Experience partnering with finance or operations on payroll inputs and benefits eligibility tracking
• •Confident communicator who can explain policies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• •Demonstrated discretion handling confidential employee information
• •Legally eligible to work in Canada

C'est un plus si vous avez

• •Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where processes change quickly
• •CHRP, CPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent HR certification (completed or in progress)
• •Familiarity with Canadian immigration/work permit processes and cross-border onboarding
• •Event planning or internal communications experience for distributed teams
• •Intermediate Excel/Sheets or lightweight BI (Looker Studio, Tableau) for people analytics
• •Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/French to support global communication
